Each article submission must contain the filed copyright form which uploaded in our journal website. Without filled copyright form the submitted article will not be forwarded for peer review process. The author should not submit the article anywhere else before getting the communication regarding the rejection or acceptance for publication. Editor-in Chief of the Harvest Journal will take the final decision of the publication according to the comments from the reviewers.
