Cultural Debase of FGM in Cut: One Woman’s Fight Against FGM in Britain Today by Hibo Wardere
Abstract:
Culture is the prospective soul of a vibrant society. The word culture derived from the Latin word ‘colore’. Culture studies is an inventive interdisciplinary field of research and teaching that inspects the ways in which “culture” evokes and transforms one’s personal experiences, everyday life and realism. Stuart Hall who sought to internationalize theoretical debates and to create cultural studies as interdisciplinary. A culture study is often termed as “anti-discipline”. Cultural studies were initially developed by British academics in the late 1960s and 1970s by Richard Hoggart. Culture studies take various disciplines from all the fields and make use of it for the particular purpose. It not only stick African literature is permeated with number of culture and customs than other countries.
