Voices from the Margins: Exploring the Fourth World Literature and Culture in Northeast India
Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the Fourth World Literature and Culture in Northeast India, focusing on the voices of the marginalized communities such as the Bodos, the Nagas, the Khasis, the Garos, and the Mizos. This paper explore the literary works produced by the writers from these communities, the cultural practices and traditions of these communities, and how they are represented in their literary works. This study will investigate the ways in which the Fourth World Literature and Culture provides a space for these marginalized communities to express themselves and assert their identities in the face of dominant cultural forces.
