Abstract: Let be a simple graph. A set is a perfect dominating set of , if every vertex in is adjacent to exactly one vertex in . Let be the family of all perfect dominating sets of a Graph with cardinality , and let . In this paper, we construct for a Graph with vertices and obtain the polynomial , which is the perfect domination polynomial of a Graph . The properties of this polynomial is also explained.
