Title of the paper : Nurses Stress Prevention at Private Hospital During Pandemic

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out what factors trigger the work stress of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were 34 respondents consisting of 25 female nurses and 9 male nurses. Data was taken based on a questionnaire. The results show that each nurse has different reasons for the work stress they experience. They also have several solutions to manage the stress that comes with the Covid-19 pandemic.
