Beneficiaries’ Satisfaction towards “Jagananna Ammavodi” Scheme in Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh State, India
Abstract:
The main aim of this study is to know the Satisfaction levels of “Jagananna Ammavodi” scheme beneficiaries mothers in Visakhapatnam District. The Jagananna Ammavodi Scheme Mother Lap launched by the Honourable Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy, which is an innovative financial assistance programme for school going children’s mothers. This study consists of a sample size of 1008 beneficiaries and they are distributed among entire Visakhapatnam District. The researcher collected the required data through structured questionnaire and schedule method. And the researcher followed the Convenience sampling technique which comes under the Non - Probability sampling method. The result shows that the scheme has a great positive impact on the lower income - mother beneficiaries. The researcher has followed the Covid-19 guidelines and rules for data collection.
