Title of the paper :
Education and its Multi Dimensional Role for Empowerment of Women: A Review
Abstract:
Education is a constitutional right and a requirement for everyone. Human development is crucial to the general expansion of the social economy since it reduces inequality and promotes the individuals well-being. When it comes to attaining gender equality, womens empowerment is the most important factor. Documents relevant and easily available to the role of women empowerment in education have been identified and a record analysis performed. An education is a powerful tool for women to fully participate in the growth process with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence accessible to them. Trainees are also able to take control of their life and have more negotiating power. They are also able to be happy moms and have healthier marriages. Womens rights and duties as members of society are enhanced through education. Because of this, they are able to make more meaningful judgments in terms of political involvement and making life decisions. In this way, education may benefit from growing self-efficacy, selfconfidence, decision-making capacity, and increasing gender parity in organisations and institutions
