Title of the paper : Shades of Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities in Education Institutions

Abstract: Time has changed from viewing persons with disabilities as objects of charity, medical treatment and social protection towards viewing persons with disabilities as subjects with rights, who are capable of claiming those rights and making decisions for their lives based on their free and informed consent as well as being active members of society. The only disability in life is bad attitude by Scott Hamilton. General understanding of disability is that a person couldnt do anything without anyones support person cannot understand as others do and so on. But non disable persons who interact with disable people assure that they are not true rather their level of thinking, understanding are the same as non-disable in the society. When a non-disable person move to one place to another place by walk, so do a person with disable move to a place using aids and appliances When a non-disable person requires a vehicle to reach a particular spot, so do for disable people to reach, but with different vehicle with support arrangements in the vehicle. It is understood that person with disabilities requires access environment to do a regular activity as non-disable person people.
