Fundamental Duties in the Constitution of India and Its Significance in Developing Scientific Temper: A Need of the Hour
Abstract:
The main objective of this paper is to foster a scientific mindset so that they can serve national development. The government, scientific and academic institutions, industrial units, and all other organizations must make a conscious effort to raise public awareness of the scientific temper. It is underlined that the scientific world should stay completely dedicated to upholding the Constitution of Indias Fundamental Duties. The paper will emphasize the importance of redefining duty according to the development of scientific temper in India and how they would be instrumental in creating a scientific community to strive for excellence so that the country might continually progress to greater levels of endeavour and success. The paper will cover subtitles such as the relevance of the concept of duty, its significance, evolving concepts of duty, peoples roles in executing their important duties and so on. The study is purely doctrinal in nature and is based on primary and secondary data. Finally, based on the findings of the study, the researcher concluded that we may create a better scientific developed human society.
