The concept of “religion” was formed in the 16th and 17th centuries. Religion plays a vital role in all aspect of human life, it regulates the values of day to day life and helps in creating an ethical framework and helps in molding the personality of an individual in other words religion helps in building values like love, empathy, respect and harmony. “Water the Preserver and Destroyer” is the absolute necessity for all living beings. Water , one of the most common religious metaphors, representing as different things as ‘knowledge’, ‘life’, ‘salvation’ and ‘time’. Water is considered a purifier in most religions.
