Title of the paper :
Literature and Films as Modes of Expressions
Abstract:
In today’s world where conventional modes of expressions such as radio, letters, telegrams etc., have been completely taken over by platforms such as smart phones, social media etc., it becomes inevitable to revive and restore the conventional mode of literature though there is a gradual awareness being spread widely. Literature in any form or language is as vast as an ocean and the human relations and the events that occurred in the society, be it World War I and II or the French, Russian revolutions etc., formed the major themes of the writings of literature which in turn became the subjects for feature films almost everywhere around the world. Popular fiction such as short stories or even novels and dramas all of which are being presented today have been, in some form or the other have been adapted from the contemporary literary works like folk tales, epics or ballads.
