Without education, human values and relationship an individual cannot lead hisher life with peace of mind in this world. Education is the part of our life. Education plays a vital role in the world. The greatest tamil poet Thiruvalluvar explains about education in Thirukkural. In below lines he explains about the importance of education. Well dug in sand yields water as dig so I learning wisdom water will flow from a well in the sand in proportion to the depth to which it is dug and knowledge will how from a man in proportion to his learning. Human values are core conception of desirable with in every individual and society. They serve as standards or criteria to guide not only action but also judgement, choice, attitude, evaluation, argument, rationalisation and attribution of causality This definition is given by social Psychologist M. Rokeach.
