Abstract:
The present paper Psychological Trauma of Mentally Challenged Children in Ruskin Bonds Most Beautiful and Katherine Annes He attempts to study the trauma of mentally challenged people in both the Indian society as well as the American society. Ruskin Bond writes for young minds to be aware of the society and Katherine Anne as a journalist thinks for the welfare of the society. The story projects the hardships and depression undergone by the children Suresh and He in their life. They started facing problems right from their home and in the society. The paper aims to bring out the condition of the society which discourages the mentally challenged people. This paper focuses on the concept of psychological trauma experienced by the little kids.
