Abstract: The paper entitled selfless love in Munshi Premchand story Idgah focuses on the selfless love of the protagonist Hamid towards his granny Ameena. The plot of the story sets in the morning of Eid. Selflessness is an act with less concern for oneself than for the success of the joint activity. This paper explores the selfless action of the protagonist Hamid by neglecting his own desire.
