Untangled Sufferings of Subalterns in Mulkraj Anands Untouchable
Abstract:
The paper presents about Subalterns and their torments in a highly dominated socio- cultural society. It is often debated worldwide about oppression and its effects on low caste people and entreating them as slaves are still in progression. Most commonly peoples from below poverty range, religion and caste are easily supressed by ruling peoples. In Independent India, most of the people from rural areas are used as machineries to clean their utensils, latrines and human wastes without any hesitation. This cannot be treated and cured until now as it is highly impossible to find out such torment providers. Common people accepting this without any knowledge and failed to raise a question against dominators.
