Title of the paper :
A study of impact of Technology on the teaching methodologies of English Language
Abstract:
Since ever Man has substituted human labour with tools and machines as an aftermath of Industrial revolution, technology has revolutionized all the spheres of life. And teaching is no exception. Teaching English language has always been a challenge for non-native speakers like Indians and teachers are striving to bring in new and advanced approaches based on the receptive abilities and IQ of the class in general. Technological advances have promoted and enhanced the techniques of teaching. The results are strikingly amazing and prompted the teaching community to adopt technology into teaching. The impact is so magnanimous that conventional teaching has been absolutely replaced by high-tech primes. Thus, technology has now become the most indispensable mode of teaching, specifically in English language. This paper aims at studying the impact of Technology on the various teaching methodologies implemented in the present-day classrooms ranging from Pre-Primary to UG and PG strata of learning.
