Title of the paper :
Dilip Chitres Selected Poems in Connection to the Lexical Semantic Approach: A Critical Comment
Abstract:
The research paper has been drafted to search for the use of the lexicon to express Indian mythological and philosophical thoughts in Dilip Chitres poems. The poems are reflected in Dilip Chitres versatile personality. As a famous translator of Marathi into English, he used to unfold Indian cultural and social aspects. The vocabulary of colloquial words in Marathi is also narrated in English with an English narrative style. Superstitions, lower-middle-class sufferings, and religious concepts are handled in his poems. The lexicons in his poems express his sensitivity, his nearness, his attachment, his eagerness, and the mindset of Indian society. The term lexical semantics is expressed through the examples in Dilip Chitres selected poems. In the research paper, the selected poems have been handled stylistically to highlight lexical Semantic features. The main focus is to be observed for the primary aim of exploring linguistic creativity used in Dilip Chitres poems.
