Title of the paper :
Fostering English Speaking Proficiency In Multi-Level Students: A Study on Student-Centered Activities
Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate the impact of student-centred activities on fostering English speaking proficiency in multi-level student groups. English language proficiency is essential for effective communication and success in various personal, academic, and professional endeavours. In multilingual and multi-level classrooms, educators face the challenge of catering to students with different language abilities. To address this challenge, student-centred activities have gained significant attention as a potential approach to foster English-speaking proficiency. In this paper, we seek to explore the advantages, challenges, and outcomes associated with student-cantered approaches in language classrooms. Moreover, this paper will analyse the experimental investigations conducted in this area to understand the specific strategies and techniques employed to enhance English speaking skills. It highlights the need for pedagogical approaches that empower learners, encourage active participation, and foster authentic communication in the language classroom. The findings of this review contribute to the understanding of how student-centred activities can be implemented to promote English speaking proficiency in diverse classroom settings.
