Diaspora
Abstract:
In general, Diasporas refer to the people within a group or community who have settled in different continents leaving their homeland for a secure life and better financial future. Despite settling beyond their nation, they maintain their ethnic identity, have contacts with their land of origin, and play a great role in promoting their culture and economy with their communities. Diasporas are classified into five types. They are a victim of labor, colonial, business, and cultural Diasporas. Terms like Brain Bank, and Brian circulation are essential in understanding and studying Diasporas.
