Title of the paper : A Study on The Diaspora in Indian/Global Cinema

Abstract: This abstract comes up with the knowledge about comparing diasporic movies The Goat Life and Mariyan. The protagonist from these movies was struggling to survive and get out of slavery because they were displaced from their homeland. This struggle to navigate an alien environment shows the analogy in The Goat Life and Mariyan movies. These movies focus on the adaptability and resilience of diasporic communities in the phase of hardship and explore the theme of cultural distinctiveness and the grapple that comes with being in a diasporic community. The contrast between these movies is obvious as Mariyan concentrates on the individual experience and The Goat Life gives a quick look into the combined individuals. The movies influenced people across the world and foregrounded the challenges of displacement and personal effects
