Abstract: Power and Resistance is a wide articulated phenomenon in the social and psychological domains of Human cultural development sector. As a human we are been undergoing the influencing factor towards the authority in our day-today life. Even it becomes an unwiped feature of Human era. If we take an overview on literature, we can see a huge amount of space allotted for this concept of power and resistance. Post-colonialism and Transcendentalism are the two key theories, where we can witness the major impacts of above discussed Power and Resistance through Political genre. The first theory post-colonialism has miscellaneous shades of perception, but in general it mirrors the period after the colonial rule. And also, the word post-colonialism never fails to underline the truth that the colonialism is not ended by the word truth rather it continues to our present society at any cost. When I ought to browse synonyms for Colonialism, I came across many words which coherently indicates the dominative masking as a result of some changes especially. This is certainly evident in the post-colonial period where we can see the focus on individualistic phenomenon.
